Attendance at the 2017 PS&S Conference implies that a non-local attendee is staying at the Headquarters Hotel, the Sheraton Grand Phoenix. All meeting space, food and beverage, audio visual equipment, etc., are supplied by the Headquarters Hotel at pre-negotiated and contracted prices reliant on hotel room usage. These negotiated numbers are used in the financial detail to determine the attendance registration fee. Not meeting this contracted hotel room usage would result in a sizeable financial penalty to the PS&S Conference that would ultimately cause a rise in Conference Registration fees to all attendees. Therefore, any non-local attendee choosing to stay at alternate hotels will be subject to additional fees prior to the conference.

This year, when registering for the Propulsion Safety and Sustainment (PS&S) Conference, you can now attend the Aircraft Airworthiness & Sustainment (AA&S) Conference at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Please note that you must meet all PS&S Requirements in order to attend the PS&S Conference - See Below.

Running concurrently in the same meeting venue for years but requiring two separate registration fees; AA&S and PS&S attendance is now available for the same low conference fee of $895. In 2017, these two conferences will take place at the Sheraton Grand Phoenix with two separate agendas but a common networking exhibit hall for all conference refreshment breaks, receptions and two of the three scheduled group luncheons. The last group luncheon will feature a distinguished speaker and will now be open to attendees from both conferences.

The PS&S Conference Registration includes attendance to one (1) full day of Optional Training, three (3) days of Technical Sessions, one (1) KEYSTONE Panel shared with the AA&S Conference, one (1) Guest Speaker Luncheon, open admittance to all scheduled meal functions, breaks and the "Sneak-Peek" Exhibitor Networking and Sponsored Receptions, and an open Exhibit Hall, visit anytime throughout the day for refreshments and to network. Also included, the PS&S Conference handout materials.


PS&S Attendee Certification Requirements

Government
All U.S. and Canadian active duty military personnel and Government Civilian Employees are exempt from the following certification requirements, but must show proper identification at registration check-in.

Non-Government Attendees (Including Contractors)
To qualify to attend the conference, you must be a U.S. or Canadian Citizen. All non-government attendees (including contractors) are required to have a government Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) certified DD2345 Form. The certification number is provided by the DLIS located in Battle Creek, MI.

Photo Identification Required at Check-In
Each attendee will be provided with an identification badge during on-site meeting check-in. This badge must be worn at all conference activities. No badge means no access to ANY event venues. To receive conference material and badges, attendees must show one of the following forms of identification at check-in:

Description:
From its signature swimming pool to its retractable roof, Chase Field has become one of the game's most recognizable landmarks since its opening. The "Coors Light Strike Zone" at Chase Field offers informal and comfortable seating promoting socializing and networking and is reserved specifically for AA&S and PS&S Conference attendees and their guests for this special evening activity. Chase Field is an easy walk from the Sheraton Grand Hotel. Seats are limited and interest is anticipated to be high so plan to attend and sign up SOON!

Baseball Outing tickets are on a first-come, first-filled basis and must be prepaid at the time of registration. All Baseball Outing registrations must be done no later than May 15, 2017. Your earliest possible response is encouraged to ensure guaranteed reservations.

To participate, indicate on the attendee registration form, under the optional event section, your intent. Please remember that payment at the time of registration for the baseball game is REQUIRED.

All participants will be emailed a confirmation of participation. Baseball tickets purchased will be distributed to attendees during on-site conference check-in.

All registration fees are payable to Universal Technology Corporation. Payment methods include the following:

Payment Receipts

Receipt of payment will be disseminated electronically to the email address that is provided at the time of registration payment. Please Note: Electronic payment receipts may take up to 10 business days and, therefore, will not be sent with your registration confirmation.

Your Registration Confirmation

Online registrants will receive an electronic confirmation notice that the registration has been received. Please ensure that registration information contains a current email address to ensure proper receipt of all confirmations and updates regarding this Conference.

 

Cancellations and No-Shows

If a registration must be cancelled, cancellations must be received in writing and before May 8, 2017 to be eligible for a refund. All cancellations will be assessed a processing fee of $75. Cancellations received after May 8, 2017 and attendee no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund. However, substitutions may be made at any time without incurring a cancellation fee if the registration fee is transferred to the substituting party.
